Can not thank lee enough, lost key to car needed it open asap as my son who is in Army was on r&r and his passport locked in car, lee ordered new key and programmed it, everything was quick and efficient and price was great , would highly recommend.

Absolutely brilliant! First class service, saved me a whole load of hassle, and expense. Plus, considerably cheaper than the competition. Well pleased.

I lost my car key and wallet on Silloth beach, it was heavily raining, no pub would let me in with my dog, I was sad and wet. Lee dropped everything and came straight away. He even stopped on the way and got me a coffee. Amazing service.

Lee had a frustrating time figuring out what was wrong with the lock due to service history unknown but he was determined to help me out and so trustworthy.

I contacted Lee about a spare key for my Mitsubishi Mirage 3. He was very responsive and got back to me very quickly. He sourced an aftermarket key and I met him in Carlisle. The whole programming and key cutting process took a maximum of 10 minutes and cost me less than a quarter of the price of a key from AA assist. All around, a very positive experience and nice Guy who is a true expert.
I'll definitely use his services again if needs be.

I recently bought a new car and wanted a spare key. Lee came straight away, and it took 10 minutes, very helpful and polite, also cheaper and quicker than Ford. I would recommend and use again.

Was locked out of my car this morning after loosing my keys and with work and a school run to do I wasn’t panicking a lot! Lee was great, he reassured me and was straight over and made me 2 new keys. So much cheaper than the garage quoted me too. Would highly recommend.

I was locked out of my house on Easter sunday morning, after various texts with other Locksmiths Vandella was recommended to me. Now i have 100% complete deafness in both ears, so i was in a vulunerable position. I text Vandella, they point blank refused to help me, then they offered "advice" then they said they would get someone out, but after being locked out for so long and it was night time i was tired and upset. They said they would help the next morning, so i text them as per their request on bank holiday monday, no response from them ALL DAY. In the end i spent another night in a BnB and on the tuesday morning i got in touch with a kind hearted locksmith who helped me in just 20 minutes. 10 minutes for him to arrive and 10 minutes to get in my house. Do not touch Vandella, absolute cowboys who will only help you when it suits them. If you want a decent Locksmith, Timpson is who you want and they are available up and down the country, nothing is too big or too small.
