Purchase was of a 450w PSU for a QNAP NAS that QNAP no longer sell PSUs for, despite the product only being 7 or 8 years old. Not being super techy, I reached out to Vanda-Trading and they were super responsive and I don't mean with just "canned" responses, but a real person, giving real world advice on what I needed to do to install the PSU they were supplying. Product arrived very quickly (next day), was well packaged and was exactly as described. I've installed it and all is now good with my NAS, thanks to Vanda-Trading. Would highly recommend.
