Great quality but no free returns

I ordered a pair of boots - they arrived perfectly on time, the packaging was super nice and the boots seemed to be in great quality. Unfortunately they did not fit me, and so I had to send them back. Vamsko did not pay for returns and since the box weighed around 2 kg, it cost quite a bit to pay for returning it, which is a shame. Because of that I don't think I'll be ordering again (if they dont fit me again, I'll lose even more money when I have to return)...
