Terrible- clearly a fraud . Bought a lamp which I never got and the costumer service only replies with excuses… they will never refund for the items not shipped …

After more than 2 months and despite…
After more than 2 months and despite the fact I wrote to them either directly or through trustpilot they continue saying they are sorry and that they will come back to me but they never do.
I noticed they never put the composition of their clothes (probably all in polyester)
Try to have a look at their address Methaanweg 10, Amsterdam 1041 AJ, Pays-Bas there is absolutely nothing there
I have lost money but its a good lesson

Cheap goods from China
The products are cheap goods from China, which is not made clear anywhere on the website. The claim of “same day delivery to Switzerland” is misleading, as the items are shipped from China and take several weeks to arrive.
In addition, the site uses fake discounts to create a false sense of urgency, but even with those, the final price is completely unreasonable for the quality offered.
Lastly, the telephone number listed on the contact page doesn’t work, making it even harder to reach customer service.
Overall, a disappointing experience. Transparency should be improved significantly.
