Our customer was advised of the return procedure via email for the pair of valves ordered which clearly stated that the refund would be in full, plus a maximum of £5.00 for the return shipping. This would more than cover the postage cost of the order. This was accepted and the items posted by the customer on a specialist, premium service which they decided to use. We referred the customer to the original email which had originally been sent prior to postage to explain the refund but we will not tolerate unnecessary aggression towards our members of staff.

It was returned with some slight damage which is why your refund was less £6.00. This is the cost of having the item refinished. Amazon stepped in and covered the £6.00 as a gesture of good will so neither yourself or our company were out of pocket for the issue with your chosen return courier.

Started off good
Started off good. Rung me out of the blue to say the item was out of stock despite the website saying it was in stock.
Then silence.
Sent an email chasing said item, was told it should be here two days ago... still waiting.
You just need to do what you did in the first place and keep people updated!
