Do not buy from this website or from any advisements!
I've had the same experience with ordering lights as other. I wished I would've checked on this supplier first. The check out process was one redirect after another with large order confirmations causing multiple purchases that what was wanted. The first email to customer service said no problem in removing extra items but then one refund with partial refund and then multiple charges showing up. When items actually showed up the package had three times the items wanted. So far, not response and still waiting to see about a return and refund.

Purchased Led lights, not the size they showed. Such a rip off, should have went to Amazon. Oh, and they took 3 months to arrive. What a joke

Deceptive advertising. I ordered the set of 6 lights. They took over two months to arrive. They were less than half the size advertised. The light they put out is hardly noticeable. Total rip off -DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SCAM OUTFIT!

This company is a complete SCAM. I ordered 10 rechargeable lights and they never arrived. They offered me a 20% refund. Great, I lose 80% of my money. All the customer service address sends you is the same email telling you how sorry they are that you didn't get your product. Do yourself a favor and put this crappy company in your Spam and never order anything from them.

The ad for the product was misleading. Lights I ordered appeared to be larger than what I received. 7" or 8" long and maybe 1 1/2" wide. What I received was 4" long and 3/4" wide. The amount of light output was also not a bright as depicted in the ad. Also the light sets very precariously on the magnatic holders and will fall off if lightly touched. This was after I waited a month for delivery. Very disapointed.

They say that they sell refurbished items, but actually they are selling faulty items. When the item immediately malfunctions, they make returning it, or even offering a partial refund impossible. Be warned.

Purchase from this company AT YOUR PERIL.
Bought a new Zanussi kettle from them on eBay during March of this year, this month it developed a fault, there was power to the kettle switch which illuminated when depressed but the element was dead.
Have contacted Valuliving multiple times via eBay to make a warranty claim but have been totally ignored, not even an acknowledgement.
Don't say you haven't been WARNED.....

Terrible company - customer services refused a return because I did not have the original box, then decided I needed a pallet and as I did not have a pallet lying around I said they'd need to supply one. Nope, they just point blank refused the return.
Avoid

They are not serious company, I habe bought a chandelier last year per Ebay, till now I didn't receive chandelier, I didn't receive my money back. They ignore my Emails.

I purchased some solar powered LED lights just before Christmas and have only just got them up on the side of the house; they work perfectly.
A good product for a very fair price, delivered in excellent condition,

The item i received was warped, wrinkled and of very poor quality . Really not fit to be displayed .
They word there returns policy to exclude 99% of possible returns

Purchased a gazebo: A moderate wind bent the frame after just one night. When reported asking to be fixed or refunded, I received a very short and abrupt answer telling me I had strong winds and to have a good day. After constant battling explaining we didnt, and that our garden also has very high walls around the gazebo they went quiet and havent responded since. The product warning advises against 'strong winds', storms, hail and snow - we had none of this and the flimsy frame bent. It also arrived with moth ball type holes in and the packaging looks like it had been re-sealed many times indicating it had been returned many times. So we didnt used it at all and ignored since asking for refund. This will be taken further!!! Not happy and avoid this company!!!

They claim to sell returned goods, but it's actually stuff that's been damaged or has missing parts. They claim to check each item, but can't be doing a good job as my items had missing parts. They did offer a refund but stipulated the item condition must somehow be better than what I received it in.

Refuses to answer contact about a faulty product

Shocking customer returns policy. Be warned, this company have little regard for customers where a product is faulty, hiding behind so-called 'terms and conditions', rather than seeking to address the matter in the interests of the customer.
