Bad band quality
I have ordered one watch and I'm really disappointed about the quality. After just one month of usage it's all scratched up and doesn't look good. I am only using it at work and i wont from home.
I tried reaching out to valuchi watches about this and I haven't grotten any response.
A start up brand like this should prioritize their customers.

From looking at the reviews, I was extremely hesitant to buy from Valuchi. However, given they offered different payment methods i.e. PayPal, Klarna etc. I thought it was worth to take the risk; and it paid off. The watch looks excellent and does look high quality.
