I deposited money on Valor.bet on…

I deposited money on Valor.bet on February 18, but the amount has still not been credited to my account even after several days.

Support informed me that three deposit tickets are being processed by the financial team: AISUPVAL-16430, AISUPVAL-16588, and AISUPVAL-16842 (each ₹1000). However, no exact timeline or proper resolution has been provided.

This kind of delay is very frustrating and unacceptable for a betting platform where deposits should normally be instant or completed within a reasonable time. Instead, customers are repeatedly asked to wait without any clear deadline.

Because of this delay, I am forced to stop using the platform and move to other sites. A reliable platform should prioritize quick and transparent payment processing, but currently the experience is disappointing.

I hope the company resolves my issue soon and improves their payment system so other users do not face the same problem.

User Warning: Experience with ValorBet / valorbet. in / valor. bet/ valorbetxxl. top. Deposits debited but not credited | License details not verifiable

Customer service doesnt response. No handling of issue in absence of dedicated manager. They dont even have valid license. bot customer support, just goes round in circles.

I used platforms operating under the ValorBet name, including domains that redirect between valorbet.in / valor.bet and an operational domain valorbetxxl.top. While the platform claims all operations are governed by the same entity and policies, my experience raised serious concerns.
Key issues faced:
Deposits debited but not credited
Multiple deposits were successfully debited from my bank account but were not credited on the platform. Despite providing full proof (bank statements, transaction IDs, platform screenshots, and bank confirmation), the platform repeatedly stated that their payment provider “did not receive funds” and redirected responsibility back to me without producing any refund reference or reconciliation proof.
Repeated withdrawal declines in the past
High-value withdrawals were declined multiple times without clear or final justification. This pattern contributed to continued use of the platform rather than resolution.
Circular, AI-style support responses
Support replies repeatedly lost context, asked for the same documents again, and gave generic responses. Issues were never conclusively resolved, only delayed.
Excessive requests for sensitive documents
Users are asked for personal bank statements and repeated proofs even after sufficient documentation has already been submitted.
License transparency concerns
I repeatedly asked the platform to share clear and verifiable license details. The response was always that the license information is “available on the website”, but no valid, verifiable license details could actually be found or confirmed on the site. Requests for direct clarification were avoided.
Important note for users:
If a platform:
redirects between multiple domains,
delays withdrawals,
asks repeatedly for bank statements,
claims deposits were not received without showing refund proof, and
avoids clearly disclosing license details,
please proceed with extreme caution.
