Two of the six shoe stretchers I received were damaged. I reported the issue immediately after delivery on 3 June 2026 with photos and sent further reminders on 9, 15 and 22 June 2026. To this day, I have received neither a reply nor a proposed solution. The order was delivered, but my complaint has been completely ignored.
Good products for low prices. Fast delivery. So sides: shipping partner is unreliable and Customer Support is rather rude, probably French culture.
