Stay away from this broker! I made a deposit on March 3, 2026, and something went wrong. I asked for a refund, but they charged me a fee. Even after I paid that fee, they still haven’t refunded me to this day. Every day when I chat with them, they tell me the same lies: “We’re working on it!! We’ve forwarded the case to the relevant department!!” “We’ll get back to you as soon as possible!!” For almost a month and four days, they’ve done nothing but tell lies. Please beware of this broker—they steal your money and make you angry, stressed, and panicked, because they don’t care how urgently you need the money, and they don’t care about your situation; they just keep telling the same lies over and over.
I have screenshots of all chat conversations with more than three different representatives, In case anyone want to check.

🚨 FRAUD WARNING: VALETAX IS STEALING CLIENT DEPOSITS AND PROFITS
I am writing this to alert the entire trading community: STAY AWAY FROM VALETAX. This broker is practicing blatant backend manipulation. My account 1031002228 was forced into a -$194.54 negative balance even though my trading journal and screenshots clearly prove my trades were in PROFIT (Blue). This is a mathematical impossibility and a sign of a rigged system!
To make matters worse, I made a fresh deposit of $40 from my hard-earned savings on March 10, 2026, and Valetax STOLE that deposit to cover their own system's error. A negative balance reset is the broker's liability, NOT the client's. Now, they are also refusing to credit my TOTAL PROFITS from my successful trades.
I have contacted their support team multiple times with full evidence, but they are intentionally withholding my funds and blocking me from the market.
THEY ARE MANIPULATING TRADES AND STEALING CLIENT MONEY. I have all the journal logs and screenshots as proof of this fraud. I will NOT remove this review until my $40 deposit and all my profits are credited back to my account immediately. Consider this a global warning: DO NOT TRUST THIS BROKER!
