Product packaging good not that strong
Product packaging nice but I have one in my living room and one in dining room and can’t smell them really? Doesn’t seem that effective at scenting the room. Also I feel I need some kind of tasters to know if I like the smells. So far tried three and don’t really like any.

My fellow choir member told me that I would love the products. I'm coming to the end of my last purchase and saw the latest offer on Facebook last week. Ordered it and it arrived 2 days ago. Absolutely delighted with the fragrances and the products in general. I am now a convert ❤️

Lovely fragrance, strong but not overwhelming
I love a nice smell and hate a bad one. I’ve spent a fortune attempting to make my home smell nice. I finally gave in to the insta campaign and bought a valentte set.
I have to admit they’re great, the fragrance is strong without being cloying, I put one in my kitchen and I can smell it when I walk in the house, even after cooking I can smell the diffuser.
Lovely fragrance, I’m delighted, just wish I’d tried them earlier.

Lavender diffuser a disappointment
I ordered the Lavender diffuser after reading good reviews.
I can only say I was very disappointed I purchased for my bedroom but Unless I sniffed it I could not smell it at all

Second time using this company for my wife who was looking at the candles on there website which again she would have normally brought from the local supermarket but they don't sell the lovely various fragrances as Valentte do and after buying 3 reed lemongrass and rosemary diffusers on our first order she wanted the same lovely smell but in candle form so after looking on there website they had an offer on which was at a very good price so we ordered 3 the delivery was again quick and well packaged and after opening we was again extremely happy with our purchase and we also found in our package a catalogue showing all the other items they sell we're my wife is already ticking off more items to buy 😊

The diffusers are a complete waste of money
The diffusers are a complete waste of money. Don't get sucked into the hype!
I bought:
Lemongrass and Rosemary - gift set (candle, diffuser, room spray)
Portofino Bay diffuser
Cyprus and Labdanum diffuser
WIld Berries and Fig diffuser
I live in a tiny cottage, not an open plan mansion. Initially I tried three reeds in each bottle, couldn't smell a thing, so upped it to 5 and then 6 reeds. I can barely smell any of the four diffusers I bought.
I honestly have no idea how they get such great reviews. If you stick your nose to the reeds than you can smell them but as for being high concentrate essential oils that project scent and last for a very long time neither me nor my recent guests could smell anything from these in any of the rooms.
The lemongrass and rosemary candle was good, I could smell that while it was burning, but the minute I extinguished it the scent vanished.
The lemongrass and rosemary room spray did not last at all. I sprayed it into the air, left the room to pick up some washing from the bathroom, came back down and couldn't smell anything.
Having seen a lot of ads for Valentte, I seeing the 5 star reviews I thought that I would try them out. But I feel as though I have been duped and have fallen for more influencer hype.
I can't find a list of ingredients so I was unable to check if these really do contain essential oils as opposed to fragrance oils.
Packaging was a bit shabby too, quite thin, dogeared, bent out of shape. I wasn't gifting them so it didn't matter but it speaks about the company's attention to detail and the lack of quality. 5 star products have 5 star packaging, this is not a 5 star product by any stretch of the imagination. This packaging was cheap, and the products might cost more than some other brands but the cost is not reflected in the very poor quality of the product. I've had £1.99 diffusers perform better then these.
Thankfully, I bought it all on a special offer so I will put it down to experience, but frankly it was a complete waste of money and if I could send them back for a refund I definitely would.

Consistently Amazing!

I ordered some products recently having…
I ordered some products recently having received some products as a gift and loving the fragrances. As well as a free gift being included, the items were despatched really quickly. Unfortunately the Royal Mail claimed to be unable to deliver and so advised they were returning to sender. I contacted Valentte to let them know and ask for the items to be redelivered to a new address. Not only did I receive an instant response, (on a saturday) they also immediately sent out a new package, without waiting for the original parcel to be received back to them. Absolutely outstanding customer service and I will 100% be ordering from them again. Thank you so much Valentte!!

Products are amazing!
The products are amazing, and the deals they have are really good. Gift boxes make lovely presents. My mum recently had an issue with a broken product on arrival and they sorted it with no issues. They also give an option to pay a fee for unlimited free delivery for 12 months (with a minimum spend) which is really good and I have signed up for. My only annoyance would be that they email too many times!! Once a week is fine, twice even ..but nearly everything day I get an email offering promotions etc. Its a bit too much.

Spent around £80 on diffusers
Spent around £80 on diffusers. The citrus based diffusers are nice and have a slight smell - not strong though. The Portfino Bay has zero smell. I contact med Valentte but they asked me to send the diffusers back - I’d bought 3 of these ones. As I’d already put them out, sounded like a lot of hassle. Really disappointed as a lot of money - wish I’d ordered only the citrus.

If u are a candle/ diffuser lover like me this is the company for you.. Their products are amazing. All their products are so cost effective if you compare them to alot of overpriced items out there in the market. Their customer service is quick and efficient.
