I received a different item from what I had ordered.

I returned a jacket in bad quality a year ago and still waiting for my refund. They have stopped answering mail. Bullshit company!

They said shipping will take 8 - 10 days, this is the 16th day and items are not even shipped yet!?

Honestly I loved it!

Arrived in around 5 days and the quality was amazing.

Terrible scam company. Do not order anything from them. Horrible quality.

Save your money - this is a scam company. Poor quality, poor customer service and impossible returns. Send to China for higher shipping cost than the products themselves... then wait a month for reimbursement.

Scam brand. Hardest returns ever. Back and forth on email over nothing for them to finally give you an address and no postage. The clothes are cheap. A joke.

I found the pieces that I wanted and the quality turned out really good. I'm also satisfied with the delivery, punctual and without any problems

I ordered from them for the first time and honestly I was pleasantly surprised. The quality is excellent, the fit feels tailored, and even the packaging was thoughtfully done. Definitely a brand I’ll keep coming back to

Items arrived and were poor quality. They refused to give me a returns address for about 5 weeks. Then I returned the goods and now they are refusing to pick them up from customs a document is missing and I cannot sort it I provided the right documents.

Very very frustrating to deal with and clothes are cheap dont bother. They still have not refunded. My last email he answered by telling me when my orders were delivered etc

Asked about delivery of my order. They gave me 3 different tracking numbers none of which worked.
When I told them I wanted to return they ask for a picture of what they sent. Why? Don't they know what they sent? After many emails they still won't sent return information even though their return policy is "for any reason you are not satisfied."
I have contacted my bank and they stopped the payment. I have yet to hear from Valenteo with a successful solution. This company seems like a SCAM.

The merchandise was cheap, no tags, mis fit. It is obviously a scam. They won’t give you an address to return. They send emails suggesting they are somehow working on it? Avoid them!

Don’t bother - I ordered the clothes and shoes, within 10 mins changed my mind and said please cancel the order. They said they couldn’t that id have to do a return/refund.
Fast forward 2 months when the items finally arrived, Nothing fit, the sizes are way off.
So I request a return label (which they couldn’t provide) so I get give a shipping address, copy it word for word - So I sent it in the post, only to get a notification months later that the address doesn’t exist.
The package arrives back at my doorstep and I also then lost the money paid to return the items that never fit.
Quality was absolutely terrible.

The items I ordered were the wrong size. They were much too small, not at all what I ordered. In order to return the items, the company demands that I send them to China!! They refuse to issue a credit unless I pay to ship them to China! They refuse to provide a return label. They refuse to accept return to New York City, where they are located.The cost to ship is at least half the price of what I paid for the items. This is a total scam! Beware!!

Hands down by far the best brand I have ordered in 2025. Shipping could be a bit faster, but the quality of the garments are insane. Especially if you consider their 'reasonable' price. Had no issues to exchange the sizes for 2 of the shirts. I am between M and L and the 'L' definitely fitted better. So I would recommend to size up if you are in doubt.

Just a total scam, lie about what its made out of, vomes in a very sketchy bag with all tags ripped out of the clothing , no response from their support team, just a classic scam

Want to return purchase item, butc customer support is very bad. Contact them several times, no response.
