I really like my theatre chairs. It really makes my home theater look like a movie theater.

Valencia had exactly what we were looking for: An attractive, deep loveseat with reclining seats. Surprisingly hard to find! Throughout the whole process, the Valencia staff were communicative and helpful. It's been nearly six months since we bought our couch, and I couldn't be happier. I know where I'm looking first next time I need some new living room furniture!

We purchased the Tuscany Executive Theater Seating, loveseat edition with heating and massage to convert an office space into a theater room post-retirement. We love the high quality italian leather and heating/massage features. The customizable recline, headrest, and lumbar positions create the ultimate big game or movie viewing experience. As a bonus, ours came with free tray tables which are very useful.

Delivery was timely, and the driver even placed the package in our garage for us so we could store it there until beginning installation the following day. Install was straightforward, taking around one hour from start to finish. We couldn't be happier with our purchase.

I really had a great experience in buying my sofa from Valencia Theater seating website. The client service is more than excellent. I had size issues when ordering the first sofa - ie the sofa could not enter the lift nor going through the stairs when I received it - the client service team has been so nice to find a solution for me and they have been very accommodating all the way. Honestly, I have been really impressed by the client service provided and the quality of their product. Anyone who wants a well built sofa with a nice design and great quality, do not hesitate to buy it from them.

I love the theater seats. They have held up nice with dogs and kids and our whole family enjoys the seats everyday. The reclining and tables are a nice addition. We have no issues with installing, delivery, or use. Very well made.

Ordered a few different models from here for our home theater setup. The pricing was super reasonable, and the turnaround for delivery was fast. Putting them together after unboxing was a breeze and we have been happy with the comfort and functionality in the months following! Ordered this without ever sitting in one, which made me nervous. A leather chair at this price point is not an impulse buy, and you really want to feel it before committing. I read every review I could find, decided to trust them, and placed the order.

It arrived on time, in a solid box, and extremely well protected. Unpacking it actually gave me confidence before I even sat down — you can tell when a company cares about how their product arrives at your door.

The leather is the real deal — soft, well-finished, and it fits the room like it was always supposed to be there.

I use it as a dedicated listening chair for my hi-fi setup. Late nights, low lighting, music playing — it is genuinely the most comfortable seat I have ever owned for extended listening. The ottoman is not optional. Together they change the whole experience.

My only regret is not buying it sooner.

If you are on the fence about buying blind — don't be. The reviews are accurate, the delivery is solid, and this chair earned every star.

We purchased the Artisan Leather Sofa 3 seat in black. It has been in our home for a little over a month. It is better than we imagined it would be. The Italian leather is buttery soft. The seat cushions are perfect. They are not too hard or too soft. The stitching is strong and no hanging strings. The wood is a real wood. The stain dies gave a more orange tone to it. I would’ve preferred more of a true walnut color but I am still very pleased. It gives our home the comfy , classy look we were looking for. Thank you

I ordered a recliner/lounge chair from Valencia Seating in the later half 2025. We received it in early 2026 and I have been enjoying it for about a month and a half at the time of writing this. I have made it my main lounging chair and spend time reading, watching TV, and working on my laptop both in upright and reclining positions. Overall the comfort level is great - very nice for me (I am 6'1'), and time really flies by when I sit in it. The arms and back are firm enough to stop my back from aching, but still soft enough to be cushioned. The overall side is pretty impressive... This particular chair feels a little like a throne, haha.. Leather quality seems fine so far. I will try to update if anything untoward happens.

The only thing I am not sure of over time is the cushion stretch patterns - there is already some rippling/distortion from my roughy 2 months of regular sitting. I hope it will even out over time, but for now we put a pillow on the chair when someone isnt sitting it. Another element that was not ideal was the time from order to delivery (order placed in October, delivered in January); but when the delivery finally came the delivery team was quick and efficient.

Overall however, given the comfort and utility I have had from the chair thus far, I am very happy and will keep Valencia Leather in consideration if we need more chairs or want to update the theatre seating we have elsewhere.

Do NOT purchase from this company!! How I wish we had read the negative reviews prior to purchasing, rather than falling for the fake reviews and the glossy advertisement!!
We purchased two Winston Wingback swivel chairs online. One of the two chairs arrived with deep indents in the fabric caused by overly tighted straps. The indents never came out. The swivel base had broken bearings, resulting in a very wobbly, unstable base. After much, much debate with customer service, they agreed to send a new chair. The new chair also had broken bearings. Unstable wobbly base!!! After sending many emails and videos as evidence, customer service proceed to tell us that the wobbly base is totally normal!!! This company doesn't support their customers and do not stand behind their products. They will send you defective furniture and leave you fending for yourself. Save your money and go elsewhere!

I couldn’t be happier with these movie chairs! The leather has such an upscale texture and look — it truly elevates the entire room. Not only are they beautiful, but they are incredibly comfortable. They make movie nights with family and friends feel like a true theater experience right at home.
The functionality is excellent and the overall quality is outstanding. Everything feels well-made and designed to last. On top of that, Customer Service was there for me when I needed them, special thanks goes out to Robyn which made the entire experience even better.

The whole experience with Valencia was terrific. The communication from sales to delivery was top notch. We LOVE the comfort of our recline sofas and the leather is lovely. The look and function are just as represented and the quality of craftsmanship/ mechanics is excellent.
