Poor service!
Purchased a toilet brush at the store in Illum. Unfortunately because of the poor construction of the brush we can’t use it anymore after only 6 months. Went back to Illum to make a complaint but the store was closed due to construction, so I was told by the customer service department to email them.
I received a copy of the receipt by the customer service department at Illum and sent it with a complaint email and was told by customer service that they require the original receipt because their supplier says so.
It's no surprise that they have low score on Trustpilot when they're not customer service friendly and instead prioritise strict rules rather than flexibility.
A copy of the receipt where it states the date, purchase location and amount is as useful as the original receipt.
