Had a small leak on the diverter handle. Spoke with Holly from Vado who sent me a replacement valve and a helpful explanation of how to change the valve. It took me ten minutes and the valve was changed, Very good aftersales and helpful team at VADO

I wanted to give a review about the customer service that I received. We bought a new build in 2023 with Vado shower unit. This year we had an issue with the small attachment holding the shower head, it unfortunately snapped. Initially we looked to buy a replacement for just the small attachment but it wasn't possible, we'd have to buy the whole holder unit which we didn't want to because the rest of the unit was fine. I contacted Vado customer services to ask if it was possible to buy just the small attachment and unlike most companies these days we actually encountered really excellent customer service. A really fast response from one agent called Holly, who kept in touch all the way, communicated about all the information she needed and then said she'd send me a new attachment free of charge. Things go wrong from time to time, but it is so rare to find a company where a real person actually deals with you personally, quickly, sensitively and efficiently. Thank you very much. Keep up the good customer service.

Recently called up and spoke to the product support team, I dealt with Andrew in their technical team and I must say he is Amazing !!!! he knows his stuff! he is an absolute legend. he knew exactly what I needed and was super helpful. Its one thing to have a technical team but to have some one as knowledgeable and helpful as him in a company is hard to find ! such a great experience, I no longer dread calling in for more information!

Had occasion to Contact Vado to order a replacement handset for my shower which I was quite happy to pay for. The lady I spoke to couldn't have been more helpful and knowledgeable about the products they market. Furthermore I am covered by a 15 year warranty so there would be nothing to pay. I wouldn't hesitate to use Vado again and would recommend to friends.

I recently had a washbasin tap develop a leak through the cold valve and it was dripping on to the base of the tap. I got in touch with Vado and was dealing with Ross in Product Support. He was very helpful in arranging for replacement tap valves and handles to be sent out for my tap which is over seven years old. I've since fitted the replacement parts and the tap now works perfectly without any leaks. Great customer service. Thank you.

My shower head was leaking out of the side when showering. I sent a video to Ross in Customer Support. He agreed that this was not how the product should be performing.
He was brilliant and arranged a replacement which arrived within 3 days.
Very, very happy with the service from Ross. No quibbles, the product was not performing as Vado expected and replaced.

The warranty support service provided by Adam at Vado this week was outstanding. I phoned Vado seeking advice / part numbering for replacement tap cartridges. Adam was quickly able to confirm part numbers, that I had registered for the warranty previously, and 'within warranty' status of my taps: Net result, new cartridges supplied and at my home within three days! Super service, and an excellent example of first-class customer focus.

I am an ordinary consumer who chose Vado bath mixer taps via researching on line. Upon installation we encountered a usability issue with the diverter. Vado were exceptionally helpful and gave the most extraordinary service to resolve the issue. I truly did not expect this type of bespoke service for a main-stream product where typically you would expect a company to say the product is working according to its specification and there is nothing else that can be done. Instead, Vado went into problem solving mode and came up with an elegant solution. I highly recommend this company for its service and the quality of its product.
