I visited the booth in kista 17dec, they are not helpful, gossiping to each other laguhing and no empathy. On top of that the form is super long and repeated which I already done trice in 2months. Super bad customer service and digital experience. I wouldn't recommend to go kista booth any time soon
I am going on a trip, where a certain medicine is recommended. However I am uncertain of the dosage and usage and need just to hear what the recommendations is again.
HOWEVER Vaccindirekt has decided to SUPER limit your ability to reach them. Their "Other questions" phone do not reach ANYONE. Its a fake option which will NEVER lead to anyone to talk with.
This phone number is also published on the national 1177.se website which makes this even more malicious.
Vaccindirekt can take their disgusting practices just expire for all I care.
