The representative I spoke with today named Alex she was very patience and helpful. She even went above and beyond mentioning that she would contact me for next month's (May 2026) payment that way I don't have to mail it in. I so appreciate your support, Alex. Thank you

Our 4-night stay was suddenly cancelled…

Our 4-night stay was suddenly cancelled after our first night. We flew in from out of state, having a reservation of 5 days and 4 nights in Orlando. After night one, the next day we attended the presentation on time but when we got back to our hotel, the following 3 nights of our booking were cancelled “by a 3rd party” We have done several presentations before but this was the worst. We were stressed the rest of the day trying to find other accommodations out of pocket, although we had already paid several hundred dollars to this company for “the discounted” 4 night stay, and following gifts to receive. We felt tricked into paying to supposedly receive this 4-night stay, a cruise, and then one other trip after attending the presentations. They don’t keep their word from the beginning on the 4-night stay, so we can’t trust them to continue doing business with them.

They're a scam company

They a scam company, They're into getting initial payments. It's good at first but when it came to the time of travel at lot of problems starts showing up. They're running a scheme where they call you saying that you have won a vacation travel and that you would only pay for one time reaervation. WhenI arrived there was no room i had to get my own roo to stay in. How can they call it travel vacation when you are actually just paying them for wast8ng my time. Travel vacation should already include Airline, itenerary and a place you can stay and all you have to do is relax and enjoy But this company they gave me hell!!! dont book!! They're scam just like the CEO TERRY ALLEN THAT HOW HE DO BUSINESS. Its just all for the money.

Matt made the difference

Matt turned this whole experience around. This company should use his approach as the template for winners of the vacation packages. When Matt contacted us to notify us of the approaching deadline we let him know about our multiple previous interactions.
We had been unable to book due to a combination of inconsistent information. The customer service hours are difficult to navigate alongside a standard work schedule. Specifically, we were told different things regarding the availability of the Dallas location versus Orlando. Additionally, the tone of the customer service representatives has been unprofessional, making us feel as though our inquiries are an inconvenience. Given that the website also lacks clarity on where presentations are held, the entire process has been frustrating. We were about to chalk it up as a loss until we spoke with Matt. He provided all of the information in great detail making it easy to follow and understand. We booked our trip and look forward to our stay. Matt’s approach changed everything and we hope leadership recognizes his strengths and value he offers to this company. Communications with Matt were on Saturday 11th-12th

I am at the end of my time due to…

I am at the end of my time due to illness and when I tried to engage with a customer service person to book my time they said I would need to pay more. I bought this with the understanding that I paid a package price and would not have any other cost. I feel I should not have pay more.

The person I spoke with was very helpful

The person I spoke with was very helpful and accommodating! Although her accent was a little thick so at some trouble understanding her at some points in the conversation but overall she was really nice and helpful!
