This security camera is very unreliable. I have spent hours trying to discover what setup will make the camera work and alarm reliably. Just wasted time and money. Zero help from the manufacturer. Avoid wasting your money and time on this unit.

Don't work don't buy waste of money

Very bed app, never recommend anyone, always missing recordings even though full charge,

Very bad camera. Have a V380 and a cheaper Chinese camera. The cheaper camera outdone the V380 by far.
V380 absolute waist of money

Is not worth it even if it is free most of the time time is offline and just full off adds rubbish

Ad is not good for the app, i junk all my 4 unit of v380.
I wont buy anymore.

Setup easy. Connected and worked for a whole day. Now offline. And if you think I’m getting a ladder out every time this thing acts up to power it on and off or reset reinstall your high. Don’t buy this at all. Motion sucked. Alarms were random when it worked anyway. App is loaded with ads.. bought the premium cloud service just cause i wanted it to record for 24 hours. And the cloud filled up with fake alarms videos of nothing. Canceled and got refunded in seconds.

It doesn't work on other routers, you have to be at home to watch the camera. Defeats the purpose of a security camera

Doesn't even deserves one star.The worst camera ever,also it's very hard to set up using wifi.

Absolute GARBAGE. Takes FOREVER to load. FULL of ADVERTISEMENTS.

Purchased via Aliexpress. Said to be Xiaomi, which it is not. Scammers. The instructions are printed in a very small leaflet and the type face is minute. Difficult to read. Computer translation from Chinese very poor. Software does not work. Will not connect to wi-fi. Waste of money. Very dissapointed.

The quality of display is extremely poor. You almost can’t see whats happening

If there is a zero rating I would not hesitate to give. The apps is an absolute disaster! Keep on asking you for password even after you logged as registered. What an idiotic instructions provided in the manual. I have set up new password for "admin" and it returned an error message. Wonder if this company knows how to write proper instructions?

App doesn't work on Huawei. GBox neither. If you have Huawei don't bother.

Wish I had read these reviews before purchasing, lesson learnt.
Lots of ad pop ups.....annoying. just wait burglar until I can get shut all the ads down!
Keeps harassing me to purchase I Cloud for playback and now it's saying there is something wrong with the SD card I put in it, so can't play back.
Regretful purchase, should of stuck with the same brand as my old camera.

Cant access from overseas internet. Useless cameras! Pathetic service!

The cameras fail to playback after a day then miss great chunks of recording when format is used fails to read sd card then need reset which doesn't always work so need to complete a full reinstall even then still fails to read sd cards just a totall waste

No need clouds recommendation, at times we may think our sd cards dont work efficiently in V380 due to such enforcement need to respect your customers options
