Very helpful advice from Stephen. Always answers the phone and communicates back to e mails very quickly. Massively fast delivery service. we needed to exchange for next size and the return and re- delivery was dealt with within 24 hours! also very helpful when we needed spare visor screws which he has posted out free of charge. Excellent company to deal with, would highly recommend.

Got a pair of prescription sunglasses, just done my first long ride with them. Amazing despite my very high prescription. Light, comfortable great lenses. If you're unsure go for it!!

Just received 2 new V2 Super-Vent SA2020 FIA 8859 2015 and wow great fit, very light and FIA approved tooooo goood to be true very pleased.
Delivery to Sweden only took 3 days so a real bonus. Thanks to Stephen who is a helmet technologist for his advice great highly recommended

Just received 2 x V2 Super Vent for my dad and myself I’m not one for online reviews but felt credit where credits due these helmets are so comfortable, light and you can see there really well made.
I did ring the V2 office and spoke to the owner and I can see why some people might start posting the insults for no reason from the comfort of their sofa as the guy doesn’t suffer fools, he knows his stuff inside out after 35 years in the helmet industry.
We have had a couple of hedtec budget helmets from another UK supplier they were inferior to the V2 range.

Following a mistake, I placed a complaint with PayPal, now it is resolved and I am waiting for my helmet.
The customer service help me and now I give 5*.

Probably should be 4.5 Stars. Have purchased several of these helmets over several years of high-level Karting for the Boy, [22 now].
These are properly specified helmets, just ensure you know what you're asking for. The motorsport industry [Motorsports UK] has a habit of changing the requirements on a regular basis.
Safety is not compromised, and you can use some of the significant savings to customise helmets to your own design. [make a rational choice].

Awful build quality for the price with rude customer service. Helmets start to deteriorate after Minimal use.

AVOID

Purchased a helmet from the online store showing as 'in stock'. Called a week later when it hadn't arrived and was told that they were actually not in stock and 'waiting in customs'. A week later nothing so requested a refund which was ignored. Thankfully I paid with PayPal and am trying to recover money that way a month later.

Edit: now refunded through PayPal. The reply to this review says it all. Order number was 1340 and I paid for but never recieved a SA2015 helmet.

He sent incorrect item. Refused to pay for returns postage or refund the original postage. Did not accept responsibility for sending the incorrect item. Poor customer and he would not fulfill a full refund. Reported as he couldn't care any less about committing fraud.

Really like my v2 supervent. I brought it recently and their size guides are spot on if you measure your head correctly. They are quality built helmets and feel secure. Haven't had any problems with it yet.

The only down fall was they brought out new regulated helmets which increased the price. I didn't know this until the time of purchase. Also I didn't receive a receipt when I requested one so didn't have proof of purchase. All small things but could have been a big downfall.

Overall the quality is good

I had read plenty of good online reviews for this company and it's products and was looking forward to receiving one of their V2 Pro helmets as a Christmas gift.

Unfortunately the first V2 Pro helmet received did not fit (very stubby front) and was supplied with the incorrect visor so we paid more for a different style V2 Elite and asked to change the visor to the correct colour. The replacement V2 Elite did not fit either in L or XL (ordered both to try on as they have no high-street store) so I was forced to return the items.

I have never received such poor customer service once we tried to return the product even though they quote on their website "Please remember, if you are not entirely happy, return the helmet for a refund or replacement.".

Arrogant, dismissive, unhelpful and all together horrible customer service.

I was accused of not knowing how to fit a helmet (I have owned countless different helmets, all makes and models), accused of using the helmets (I tried them on for all of 10 seconds before sending back the next day!) and all requests for a refund ignored or dismissed.

Spend your money elsewhere!
