I could not be happier with this product. And the customer service is AMAZING! One of the employees even reached out via email just to make sure all my questions were answered.

Excellent customer service

I got in touch with V1ce via their online chat (manned by humans!) and was put in touch with Nelli.

Nelli took the time to understood my problem and was able to give me a solution within a couple of minutes.

Extremely good customer service done quickly.

Outstanding customer service from Nelli

Nelli gave me outstanding customer service. She was able to bring up all my details in a matter of moments, while reassuring me my rush order had been put through. She gave me my tracking number and was able to answer all my questions in a timely manner.
