The course is really well prepared and structured. Bob gave me a lot of insider tricks that I would never have thought about but which helped me to pass the selections in different airlines. The course is interactive and Bob keeps time to give personalized tips and corrections to each participant. My cover letter and cv were, as such, much more professional after the course.

The group exercise was according to me a really valuable part as I didn't know much about it before coming to the course, but thanks to Bob's tricks it went well during the selection and I knew beforehand what airlines generally expect in this kind of situation.

I also liked the fact that he invited me to keep in touch with him to still help me in my job hunting after the course, he gave me several times feedback about my motivation letter. Those were really constructive and responses were very quick.

Being graduated as a fresh pilot, there are a lot of unknowns about the next steps taking you to the right hand seat.

Bob took the opportunity to guide me through every single step of the application process as so I could prepare well for any opportunity and give me tips and tricks how to excell better than someone else.

Having interview experience and airline knowledge, Bob has a better insight in what (specific) airlines are looking for. He can give you tailored advice when applying to a given airline, being a big bonus when you have to undergo this as well.

After being thoroughly prepared by Bob, I felt comfortable about every step of the selection process and was able to succeed to a position as First Officer.

I was called for a selection relatively short notice in 2022 for my first Airline and reached out to Bob to assist me. He was not only very flexible, he also immediately digged very deep into that airline in order to give the best coaching possible.
