We recently worked with Uvalue Windows for a double-glazed window and door package on a residential renovation, and overall, the experience was solid and professional.

From the start, their team was responsive and eager to assist with product options and technical queries. The quality of the aluminium frames and glazing was excellent—sleek finishes and noticeably improved insulation right from install.

The installation crew was efficient and respectful, even cleaning up the site after completion (a rare treat in this industry!). One of the standouts was their flexibility—when we requested a last-minute spec change, they adjusted without any fuss.

That said, there were a couple of small hiccups:

One of the window units was delivered with the wrong handle style. It was fixed quickly, but did delay the room's completion by a day.

Their internal communication could be sharper—we had to follow up twice for a copy of the final compliance paperwork.

Despite the minor blips, we’d absolutely recommend Uvalue Windows for quality products and genuine customer service. Just make sure to double-check your order before delivery day and keep close contact throughout the process.
