Extremely poor experience.
My order was marked as delivered, but I never received it. The only proof of delivery provided was essentially a dark/black image where you can just about see a bag, with no visible house, address, doorway, or anything identifying where it was left.
I have raised this with the company, but the response has been to rely solely on tracking status despite the lack of any clear proof that the item was actually delivered to my address.
For a high-value order, I would expect proper delivery confirmation and accountability. Instead, I’m left without the item or any meaningful resolution.
Very disappointing service and not what I would expect from an online retailer.

Following a full investigation with the courier, there was sufficient evidence provided to confirm that the parcel was delivered to the address supplied on the order. The delivery image was taken at your property, which is not accessible to the public, the GPS coordinates placed the driver at the delivery address at the time of completion, and the driver involved was also interviewed and confirmed successful delivery.
We take claims regarding missing parcels seriously and review all available evidence thoroughly before reaching a decision. Based on the information provided by the courier, we were unable to classify this parcel as lost or undelivered.

Fast delivery but bad quality product.
The delivery of the items was relatively quick, however after wearing it only 2 times the logo is already peeling off. The contact email is also unreachable so I have no way of contacting or getting help about this issue.

Incredible Quality, Amazing Designs - Highy Recommend and Will be a Return Customer
Ordered the London singlet and black split shorts and absolutely stoked with the quality and fit. The kit is breathable, looks incredible and is probably the best made athletic wear I've ever worn. Definitely worth the price (not to mention it looking amazing). I'm a 400m sprinter and use the singlet and shorts in the gym, on the track and for all other forms of training and it holds up great. Even with international shipping costs to Australia, I'll certainly be purchasing again.
