Fixed price on the website BUT NOT IN REAL.…

On the website there are fixed prices if ordered at least 12 hours in advance. We got the confirmation per email from Utrechttaxi.nl but the next day the driver said that he knew nothing about a fixed price. Indeed the email confirmation does not mention the price. So the behaviour of the driver may be part of the business model and not the bad behaviour of only this driver. Also no one could be reached by phone. So WATCH OUT! As I rejected to pay more as the price on the website the driver accepted it….very unpleasant experience.
