My recent experience with a transaction has left me quite dissatisfied, as I unexpectedly found myself in a situation where the transaction was randomly canceled, leading to an unsettling wait of 10 business days for refund. (Please DONT take customers money until its 100% confirmed they are getting what they paid for!!!)

Probably one of the worst customer…
Probably one of the worst customer experience I have ever had. Bought some BTC through a middleman app and wasn’t notified before I paid that I would need ID. Provided ID and had to be in contact with live chat all day and the following day and then eventually my ID gets ‘rejected’ and I get a refund after 24 hours. 0/10 absolute joke.

To clarify, the issue I was facing was a broken system as I would repeatedly re-upload the same .pdf file (not a screenshot) of my bank statement, even using differing months. Would have been considerate to notify me why my documents were being rejected instead of live chat reassuring me it would be verified within hours, would have saved me a lot of time chasing support for a status and re-uploading the same documents.

Firstly, we have already manually reviewed your documents and accepted them. Now, your account is verified for level 2, meaning you can make transactions for a monthly turnover of up to 10,000 EUR.
Secondly, we want to clarify some details for you to understand better what’s happened:
When you create the first order, funds from the card are not deducted yet, but only pre-authorized (frozen) on your card account. Funds are ONLY deducted after successful identity verification (KYC). Since you did not pass the identity verification within 24 hours of creating the order, we canceled the order and sent a request to the bank to unblock your funds. Typically, the bank unblocks funds within an hour, but we cannot guarantee the exact time frame because we have no control over this process.
The reason why your KYC failed is that you uploaded a passport with a missing signature. Plus, the bank statement was identified as a screenshot (it should be in PDF format). When it comes to documents (indicated data, extension, etc.), things become pretty strict due to the regulator’s requirements.
You had several live chat contacts during the day where the agent told you the reasons why the documents couldn’t be accepted. Unfortunately, after you uploaded the necessary documents, the system rejected them. But as we said above, after a manual review, your identity was verified.
We assure you that if you use our service again, you will get only a pleasant experience!
