Utopia Craft’s mercerised cotton dk yarn is lovely to work with and is reasonably priced, considering it’s such good quality, so I’d definitely recommend that product.

It’s the Customer Services that I really want to praise, though. I’d run out of yarn, and it was out of stock, so I contacted Customer Services to ask when it would be back in stock. They responded straightaway. They located some of the yarn I needed in a warehouse, shipped it direct to me, with a discount and free delivery. It arrived within days. I’m so impressed with the polite, efficient communication and the helpful service. Excellent!

Very impressed with how my Amigurumi toys are turning out . The yarn is very comfortable to work with, no snagging. I got a good deal on the price.
One suggested, more Colours please.

I've ordered from Utopiacrafts a couple of times and both times have been so impressed with the speed of delivery and quality of the packaging, not to mention the product itself. They will get a lot more of my custom in the future.

The yarn I wanted to have hasen‘t been available on amazon for months, so I contacted the customer service. Even though I was not located in the UK, they offered to send me a package with the yarn I wanted to have. I have been sceptical (as I am always in the internet, aware that there are a lot of scammers) and asked if I would have any reassurance, as for tracking the parcel. So yes - then they sent me a paypal link and as soon as I payed, they shipped the package. They even gave me an extra ball of yarn. I would absolutely recommend it! At my location, there was a toll fee to pay - but not that much. Very good customer service, and very willing to help :)

This is the website for the actual brand Utopia Crafts. I am surprised I am the first review? I previously bought Utopia Crafts yarn from Amazon or other suppliers. But when 2 specific colours were out of stock everywhere, I looked for the supplier or official website and came to here. Their website is relatively basic and doesn't contain all their items - So at first I thought the yarn I needed must be out of stock there too. So I emailed them to ask when the 2 colours I was looking for might be back in stock as I was mid-project and needed to restock. I received a prompt and polite reply from someone who advised me how much of each colour was in stock, close alternatives, and the dates of new stock deliveries. It turned out they did have the colours I needed in stock, and they sent me a PayPal link via email to pay that way (as the colours werent listed on their website) and not only did they give me a free ball of yarn (as it had a missing label and therefore couldnt be sold) but their prices were cheaper per ball compared to the 3rd party stockists like Amazon. A few days later, my yarn arrived neatly packaged and each ball of yarn was grouped together and wrapped in protective little bags.
It really is better to just purchase directly with the brand.
Extremely happy and will always go directly to them for my Utopia Crafts yarn.
