Complete Fraud e-commerce site

Complete Fraud e-commerce site , they advertise something but give customers wrong,low category, bad quality products. If you ask for a replacement/refund they don’t allow it . Also if you try giving it a negative review they intentionally don’t allow you to submit it by putting a promotional banner on the submit button. I have reported them to the cyber police in India. Further, they don’t advertise a call back number , one can only e-mail them and wait for their response.
