Great support.
Difficulty involving an internet transaction. Rapid (almost immediate) and precise support provided to resolve the issue. No hanging around waiting for telephone calls to be answered, or waiting several days for a secure message reply. Other companies could learn from this approach.

Right from the beginning from finding…
Right from the beginning from finding out what would suit out needs and guidance as to what might be required, every staff member we spoke to or e-mailed were excellent. Steph in particular guided me through the online application. Returned calls promptly and even replied to an email on the evening of her day off. Louis had stepped in to answer my question on that occasion, I felt very looked after.

Very happy with message correspondence…
Very happy with message correspondence recently apart from not receiving a message acknowledging when accounts have been actioned.
e.g accounts are usually arranged several days before, if would useful to get a message on the day stating they are live.

They helped me when my computer was running slowly and I couldn’t complete my maturity instruction online.

Opened an Isa account and received poor customer service.
Opened an Isa account but can't get access to my dashboard.
United Trust communications all seem to be from 'NoReply' email address.
I left review on Trustpilot and received a response instructing me to register for online banking to access my account.
Did just that and received a message stating...
"We could not find your details in our customer database" and I have call them.
Not a happy bunny, if I wanted to spend all day on the phone I wouldn't have applied for an online account.
