Ordering is Great
The ordering part was fantastic. Very helpful in determining what I needed. Keeping me informed about the order status was not as good. There were delays in obtaining a part for my system, without letting me know this would delay shipment. Long past the expected shipment date, I had to call to find out what the delay was. My recommendation for these cases is to provide a to short email, which would have prevented the back and forth. However, all of my contact with your company was great.

After doing quite a bit of research, I reached out to US Water Systems for a iron reduction filter system. Working with their staff was a wonderfully pleasant, and very informative.
