With sudden health challenges and surgeries scheduled, having access to US Virtual Notary has been an invaluable service for me.
They were speedy, professional and kind. Our interaction was quick and easy. I will not hesitate to recommend or use your services again.

I had an appointment scheduled and I sent an inquiry about services. Immediately they issued me an additional invoice and when I asked to adjust it, they said I have to wait 24-48 hours. When I asked how come they can issue an invoice within 15 mins but adjustment takes 2 days, they replied that "with patience and kindness it can happen earlier". Lol what? I did not request any preaching, I requested notary services! Never knew Jesus had a notary license!
So obviously my appointment failed and I missed my expected deadlines because of their greediness, they rushed so much to get extra money when they saw an opportunity.
Moreover, when I requested a refund, they did not refund me full amount and kept the sales tax. I'm surprised that their accountant just doesn't know how to do this correctly. So I had to waste more time to go back and forth on that. I think I'll just report them to IRS and let it go.

It was my first time using US Virtual Notary, but I found the process to be very straightforward, reasonably priced, and easy to schedule. I was able to get an appointment the same day, logged on in advance (as recommended in the confirmation email), and the whole notarization process finalized within 15-minutes of the meeting. I also appreciated how intuitive the website was at making sure I was selecting the correct service (e.g., selecting an international address switched the service to international notary service). I was also put at ease with the professionalism of the website, which made me feel secure in submitting payment. During the call, the notary, Ariel, was very professional, friendly, and completed all steps efficiently.

Kudos, great experience top to bottom, simple to upload documents and ID. Easy to schedule. Ariel was great, brisk, professional and completed the transaction promptly. Anytime I need a document notorized, I'll be booking with you.

very scary experience. They dont give you the documents but instead start to extort your more money and saying unless you sent more money you ll not get the documents. We Did an notary and paid however I never received mine instead we got demand more Money and email treats with secure images of the IDS. Be careful.

Be very careful with them. Also ones their notary was not accepted as legal on aparatmemt closing, because they dont use the system that is acceptable in most states and secure. This company use to be Ok but has now scammers working there and extorting money. I ll never be back again after this extortion experience.

Online is full similar experiences with extortion and demands oof more money.

I'm a non US citizen living outside the US and needed to notarize a document. I was little uneasy about using US Virtual Notary services and worried it would be a scam, specially for the $75 their International Notarization costs. However, I decided to go on because it was urgent for me to get this document notarized. The whole process was fairly easy and simple to complete if you follow instructions closely. I received my Notarized document a couple o minutes later after the scheduled appointment ended and everything seems to have worked fine.

A really easy to use service! A very friendly & personable agent too. The one thing that caught me out was time zones so I turned up 2 hrs early so only improvement I can think of would be a time zone checker!
