Great service, just need to add History Channel and Discovery Channel, customer service is good but slow.

USTVNOW has the best customer service of any TV service provider I have ever used. They immediately respond to emails (night or day) and resolve most issues right away. If it takes a little longer, they keep me informed of their progress. Very impressive team.

I have been a subscriber for many years. Probably at least 10. I have found the customer support staff to be consistently congenial and helpful.

More and more when major events are shown, the program cuts off as the event is in the middle of event. I just missed the whole last set of Wimbledon because of that.

The network is working better than ever after the upgrade very happy

The entire technical team works hard to reset, redirect or whatever is needed to allow American TV channels to be sent around the world. It's not always exact. But after almost 10 years abroad, I can assure you they are as good as streaming abroad can be.

so been customer for years, excellent service when overseas, enjoyed recorded programming, over the years this service has gotten worse, the technicians are nice but seems nothing about this situation gets better.

when questioned the staff say switch to ustvnow.net, this service not the same, again most of my shows prerecorded, you unable through catchup to stop, go back later, old system kept the place where to resume.

looking at joining YouTube TV, reached out again today, but nothing seems resolved, 😕 not sure how frustrating this has become.

When we first signed, it was good. here and there the connection was not so great, but I am having problems with the connection lately , already for more then 48 hours could not what tv. I click on TV guide and all channels are lined up. When I click on the channel I want to watch, which most of the time is the night news on ABC, CNBC, CBS and others , the tv screen is black and a white circle, spins like a wheel, for hours, and I don't get the channel.
Called customer service ( international call is not cheap) and the person kept telling me to go to speediest.net to check my internet speed, and unfortunately he was not able to solve the problem.
after the call, I even tried to logo in again this time I'm my Mac Pro , and here comes the black screen and the wheel spinning for about 10 min before the image show up. it is bad. I am not using the service that I paid for..

Most of the channels, I have no interest in, but I would like to have Lifetime.

I enjoy having the ability of watching major network stations along with quality streaming channels with some sports. A nice variety.

Overall good. But the standard 'fix' seems to be to just use the USTVNow.net site, and that never works well for me.

As a long time subscriber, a retired ex-pat living internationally, I wanted an easy, reliable, inexpensive access to USA tv. I tried USTVNow and it has fit the bill. Not perfect as there are frequent technical issues (the interruptive spinning circle) but overall has been a satisfying experience. I am especially appreciative of the customer support - their response to an issue is prompt and usually successful.

I'm very happy with the channel lineup I only wish the TV guide worked properly. I can't view the guide quickly without the spinning wheel coming up & freezing for a long time. Just scrolling through the guide to view programs is very frustrating. Maybe if there was an app instead that might be better.
Regarding the DVR I'd prefer to be able to record more programs in a day rather than being able to record a months worth of a few programs.
