Great Service
We had a very good experience with U Store It(previously Barons). We were moving house and needed to store all our furniture. Liam was so helpful when we booked the unit and again on moving day. Smart Movers managed to fit the contents of a 5 bed house into one unit.

All staff interactions were excellent. Your staff are fantastic, particularly aisling in Charlestown. I have an issue with the sharp increase in fee's which were leveled at me after I decided to use U store it. This is the main reason I stopped using U store it.

The initial contact is friendly and helpful
The initial contact is really important and the team at the Waterford branch explained how the storage center works in great detail. When on site they took me through the facility and showed me how to use the lifts, doors and security systems. This was important to me.
The storage was clean, dry and secure and solved a problem for me for the 7 months that I used it.

No hesitation recommending
I used U StoreIt in Charlestown Dublin for over 12 months while between houses. Have no hesitation in recommending them. The units are clean and dry. The items I stored (sofa, mattress, clothes etc) were perfect when I took them out of storage. The staff are also extremely helpful.

At first I was so happy and now I was told to move with one month for dropeing a small rubish I belive the orange and food is not mine go and see your camera I feel discreminated can you do for Irish person I am also Irush originaly from East Africa a big store with out a bin hiw governument not see this thing I have a strange feeling when a women stare at me from your office no light also storage with out light is dangerous keep so scary please cange the light and have a big bin good luck for me to get a new storage less price definetely

Thank you for your feedback. We would like to clarify a few important points. Our facility does not provide public bins, and it is not acceptable for rubbish to be dumped beside an entrance. Leaving a large pile of waste at the door creates an unsafe and unpleasant environment for all customers.
I have to emphasize that rubbish disposal is the responsibility of each customer, and bringing waste onto the premises is not permitted.
We treat all customers equally and fairly, regardless of background, and our decisions are based solely on ensuring a clean, safe, and secure facility for everyone.

Awesome in every way
I've been using UStoreIt for years (so the date of the experience is the date of the review, I did start using their services in 2017) and I couldn't be happier - the facilities and very secure, clean, and well-ventilated, ideal to keep my belongings in perfect condition.
The staff is lovely too and happy to help with any questions that may arise and happy to accommodate where they can.
I'm certain I'll keep using UStoreIt for years to come.

Donna is absolutely fantastic to deal with - so helpful and accommodating - she really knows her stuff! Unit was as required and had lighting which made a big difference. No issues with access or egress and bathroom on site - a big plus!
