My experience is positive, helpful staff and reliable storage

UStoreIt Cork are a great storage option, premises is spotlessly clean & very conveniently located, staff are super friendly and efficient. All in all an excellent service...
If I had to ask for one thing it would be for a extra paid service for UStoreIt staff to take our deliveries to our storage unit.

Rented a storage space here as we were collecting aid to send to jamaica after hurricane Melissa ripped the island apart. We Rented in the Charlestown branch. We were extremely happy with the service we got, staff was very friendly and nothing was ever a bother at any stage. We are very grateful for the wonderful service we received and would definitely recommend.

Great introduction by staff into how best to avail of storage facilities.
Good tour of area and security systems.
All goods in good condition at the end of 5 months .
Would recommend to anyone moving house or getting renovations.

Luke & Katie were just so helpful and fast in getting back to us and organising everything.
Katie was amazing at organising the appointment and getting back with quotes.
Then upon arriving Luke was super fast and efficient at showing us different sizes of spaces, explaining everything and making sure we got a great price.
We are very happy with our purchase and can’t wait to start storing!

Great service with UStoreIt. Shane in Charlestown was a pleasure to deal with and was great help for us to figure out what size unit we needed for a house move. He explained the process of moving in/ out of the unit very well and the unit itself was clean and easy to access. Having this service available was vital to ensure a house move went smoothly as we had no where else for our belongings to go in between houses.

Ive stored my belongings with Ustore it for 11 months and never had an issue or problem with them. The accessibility times were brilliant. And the staff were so so helpful. Donna was a dream to deal with as was Rachel. Thank you from the bottom of my heart these past months. 5 stars all round

A well managed facility, clean, safe, and totally secure. Ease of access was great and an abundance of trollies for moving my furniture in and out. Customer service was excellent and always very responsive to questions and changing units.

Rented a storage unit for over 2 years at the Little Island branch. Never had any issues, place is well run and any interruptions to access due to technical complications were well notified and swiftly resolved.

The service offered was exactly what we needed. The staff was always informing us and helping find a perfect size for our needs. The move in was facilitated with the truck service provided by them. We had access to the storage unit outside of office hours, including weekends. When we finally needed to move out, the process was quick and simple and we even got a refund for moving out a week before the month ended. I would definitely recommend it.
