She was extremely helpful in providing us with a unit that perfectly matched the size we needed and was conveniently located near the elevator. Basak was always kind and professional, and her team consistently followed up with the online payment receipts.

A great facility, functional, spotless and easy to use. The major bonus are the staff, Donna in particular couldn’t have been more accommodating, friendly, professional & understanding, very helpful on day 1, when I was exhausted. A real asset to the business. Thanks for looking after me so well while I was using the storage unit.

Good service. Possibility to get 247 access to the storage was important to me. Good support from the office. I only stored my goods for 17 days, while I had to rent for 1 month minimum. After retrieving my goods at day 17 I got refund of the remaining cost of the month. Perfect! I would recommend this storage. Well organized and clear conditions.

Phoned up to inquire about a storage unit and got Katie on the phone. She was fantastic.. explained everything so well and told me about all my options. My expectations were exceeded and I was delighted with the care she provided me throughout my experience dealing with the lifffey valley branch. She was brilliant and so friendly on the phone too. Made the whole process so easy and stress free! I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a storage facility in the future. 10/10 service.

I was not made aware of the need to give 2 weeks notice, so I was charged for that unexpectedly. The verbal conversations I had with you were very helpful, and we were all clear it was a short term (1 or 2 weeks) storage, so I was happy to proceed. I was shocked when upon moving stuff out, I was informed of the 2 weeks notice, which added to the cost significantly.

I recently visited U Store It in Waterford as part of our move to the area, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. From the moment I arrived,The receptionist, in particular, was very helpful, professional, and made the whole process smooth.
The facility itself is clean, secure, and very well-organized. I initially booked a unit that turned out to be too small for my belongings, but they quickly and efficiently arranged for a larger space with no hassle at all. and the overall service exceeded my expectations.

We needed the unit to store some household stuff and we found the experience easy and hassle free. The staff were easy to deal with, it was simple to get in and out to your unit. Just the latest price increase was a bit hard to take, as it was almost €40.00 of an increase per month for a 70sqft unit. Other than that we were happy enough.

I had a great experience using the storage unit at Ustore It Waterford. The facility was clean, secure, and the staff were always helpful and professional. Highly recommend for anyone needing reliable storage.
