Waste of time and money. Still waiting on my refund as I refused to move into the unit because the staff signed my initial throughout the entire contract. Then sends me 7 different versions of the contract. I paid cash and was told there was no way to print me a receipt because the printer was not working. Corporate promised refund would be in a check in the mail because they can't refund cash in the store... Can you guess how this story ends? Still no refund check!!!

Staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. Checked on us while unloading and offered water if needed. Sign in was easy and access to our unit is convenient.

Maudy was so kind, understanding and very friendly. She was able to answer all my questions. She worked very quickly to get us set up so my friends didn’t have to stand out in rain too long.
The process was quick and without any snags which made it very pleasant for us.

I could tell she really enjoyed her job and being able to help us in a timely manner.

This was the simplest experience I’ve ever had with anything. Mike walked me through everything and made sure I understood the process/everything I was agreeing to. He was professional to the point and made me laugh in the process. The unit was clean and exactly what I needed. Great place. Great staff.

This review is related to the reservation process as I haven't moved in yet. I reserved online and it was a very easy, seamless, process. The next day I got a call from a representative to answer any questions I may have had and provide additional information. He was very professional and friendly. Great experience so far!!

I havent moved into a unit yet so I cant rate the safety cleanliness or dry/non smelly factor but customer service is great prior to moving in.

Fast and efficient. They responded to my request immediately.

It was easy as pie, to do it on line. They also followed up with a Phone call to double check my Reservation. It was a pleasure doing business with them I recommend him to everybody.

Thomas was very honest and upfront with all the costs and the storage units are very well maintained and clean
