Friendly, responsive and found a vendor very quickly.

Quick response from US Rider and prompt access to a tow truck. Person doing the tow was TERRIFIC!!!

On Thanksgiving evening I got a flat tire on my truck pulling a horsetrailer. I was on a highway in the middle of nowhere. With USrider I got immediately someone on the phone who organized a roadside service within 30 min.

the operator was fast at finding us help and kept in touch as promised. The repair man was prompt and professional and got us on the way quickly.

The person on the other end of the line was so sympathetic and kind that it almost made me cry. I was given options that would be convenient to me and my animals.

We were stuck in a very out of the way place and needed help from a mechanic. The customer support guy transferred my call directly to the mechanic, who walked me through what needed to be done and then stayed on the phone to make sure we were able to get underway. Very grateful, especially with three horses in the trailer we were towing!

Phone associate quickly found a tow driver and let me know he was coming. Tow driver was friendly and efficient.

The USRider representative answered my call promptly. A tow truck arrived within 45 minutes. The USRider representative followed up with a phone call to confirm that the tow truck had arrived and everything was proceeding as planned. Both the representative and the tow truck driver could not have been nicer or more helpful.

When I broke down outside of Halettesville on a Saturday afternoon, the US Rider representative sent a tow truck within the hour. He called to monitor the progress frequently until my truck was safely e deposited at the dealership.

Rapid response. Call center person was friendly, courteous, able to assist, eager to help.

Just had to call for service after my truck wouldn't start at a gas station stop. The initial contact experience was great - first question "are you and your horse safe". They arranged for truck and trailer to be towed to back to my home, then transported the truck to the shop. Total turnaround time from initial call was 4 hours and they even called to follow up and make sure everything was taken care of. The towing company said their experience was phenomenal as well which says a lot for the total service process to third party providers as well as the end customer.

I waited hours for roadside assistance. I was near a large town. I would think they would have a better network to provide service in a populated area like Cedar Rapids IA. The customer service reps were very good, with updates. In the end, the assistance came from Muscatine and I had to pay an enormous amount for travel time.

Immediate service & follow up was great.

We were stuck in the middle of nowhere in wyoming with a full 4 horse trailer on the side of the highway. We were all senior woman with all the equipment to change a tire but not the know how. Lol US Rider was awesome and had someone out to us within an hour to fix our tire that blew out. We also learned how to change a tire.

The response to my call was immediate, kind and professional. I got frequent updates on when the tow truck would arrive and all of them were accurate. The tow truck driver was wonderful. He was careful, professional and even agreed to drive me home from the body shop when I asked if he would. I deeply appreciated the calls checking on me and making sure I got home safely.

I was traveling to a sheep show with grandkids and a loaded trailer far from home when the truck broke down. I have had your insurance for 3-4 years but have never had to use it. When the gal answered my call at 1:35 am, I was so relieved. She took prompt and great care of us. The tow truck was there in less than a hour and he was wonderful too! It's such a comfort to know you guys are there if I need it!
