Very disappointing experience with this platform I had a dispute open for more than 56 hours with zero administrative response even though the rules are very clear the buyer received the account and stopped responding for over 24 hours which according to their own policy means the dispute should be closed in my favor I provided full evidence inside the dispute and still nothing The platform also claims disputes are handled within 72 hours yet no action was taken This kind of delay seriously harms sellers especially when fees and taxes keep getting deducted while waiting The lack of support and enforcement of their own rules shows poor management and hurts trust I would not recommend relying on this platform if you expect fair and timely dispute resolution

I bought an account from this platform and received all the login information. I changed everything, but shortly after, the seller managed to take the account back. This happened because Instagram's verification policy takes some time to fully recognize a new device and profile picture. The seller exploited this delay to reclaim the account. Unfortunately, the platform doesn't provide enough protection for buyers, and there's no real guarantee. I don’t recommend using this service unless they improve their security and buyer protection system
