SCAM WEBSITE! DO NOT USE
Took my money and they did absolutely nothing with my trademark, to the point my application was deemed abandoned by the USPTO and I had to pay someone else to revive it. They didn't even refund me and went dark and I had to call the bank to get a refund on my credit card.
SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE!
USPTOtrademarks.com is a scam. Do not use them for trademarking services. I began working with them through their chat system...the 877 phone number they provide on their website will not get you through to anyone. I paid the fees and then was contacted by a 3rd party that they had supposedly hired to do the filing weeks later. He said that USPTOtrademarks.com never provided him with the information to file. He couldn't get ahold of them and neither could I. Thus, I rejected the charges on my card and moved on. DO NOT USE this group for trademark filing
Excellent service from USPTO Trademarks and especially Mr. William, who was assigned for my trademark registration account done great job. He was swift in understanding all of my requirements and provide good directions how to proceed. I’m really please with their services.
