Once I figured out I could do it online it was pretty easy to fill out the form. Removing the background from the photo was challenging but that's a computer/technical knowledge issue.

I filled out my application online which was then emailed to me immediately afterwards. I made an appointment at my local post office and was in and out within 15 minutes. I was told that I should receive my passport card and book within 6-8 weeks and ended up receiving it in 3 weeks. I did not pay extra to expedite the process. I am very happy and pleased on how smooth the process was! Now time to book some trips and travel!!

Pretty easy for 1st time passport requesters
Ngl, I had no idea you can fill out your own copy of the application they have stocked at the post office. This was a little pricey, but worth it to ensure everything was correct. Being able to also get a TSA Pre-check voucher was a nice bonus. Application was taken on first appointment with no issue.

They charge you the fee of the actual us government service thinking you are paying for your passport and all you did was pay for them to pdf fill out a form and shipping via usps. You still have to pay the passport fee. Do NOT use. Let me clarify, the business is legit in terms of "what they do" but the website is deceptive and it pulls up first in a Google search. If you are tired or distracted and in a hurry to get your passport done, you will see the colors and logos and wording that makes you think you are on the actual passport website. They do have a disclaimer on there but when you are in a hurry, you miss it especially if using a phone to do it. A deceptive practice to just get money for something you can do for free. Charges on your card appear entirely differently as well. "EASY-FORM-FILE.COM" it was immediately flagged by my bank. I didn't even realize this wasn't even a government website until my wife pointed out that it wanted us to send a money order to them to continue the process which started ringing the alarm bells in my mind. I tried the 321-341-6998 phone number and emailed but no response yet. If it is not refunded promptly I will be disputing through my bank. Mind you they have emailed me 3 times since about continuing the process trying to get more money from us.

I had no problem changing my passport number and my TSA number but have tried and tried to change my global entry number. I went to their site and I just keep getting the same answer. Your passport and TSA numbers have been changed. I leave next August for Europe. My global doesn’t expire until October but I need my passport number to be changed

It always makes me nervous to give up my passport while waiting for a new one. I wish there was a way to go in person to bring in my d passport and pick up the new one. And maybe get the photo taken while in the office?
The “no smiling” requirement for passport photos is creepy. Also, it is expensive to get a passport photo taken at a time when digital photos are cheap. There must be a less expensive process.
