Recently bought an Usogood TC40 Solar Trail Camera form Amazon. Never had a Trail Camera before so have nothing to compare it to but am happy with the daytime shots and the night time ones are, obviously, less clear but still identify the visiting animals. The Usogood customer service has been exceptionally good. The item arrived without the SD card that should have been included and they have readily arranged to get one sent to me from their China warehouse and their replies to me have been extremely prompt and helpful.

Utter garbage
Utter garbage. Donj't waste your money. This is the second time we've had to return one of these. Last time the display packed in so we had the hassle of returning it. This time we bought a slightly different model (needs 8 batteries!) and the function switch packed in after about 10 weeks. No messing, straight in the bin where it belongs... Garbage!!!

We were given a field camera as a gift.
After 11 months the camera would not accept the memory card so we contacted their customer support team. They were amazing and responded within 24 hours. After sending them a photo of the card slot by return they immediately acknowledged the fault and replaced the camera straight away.
You couldnt ask for better service. I heartily recommend the company 5*
