What go with anyone else?
I have had US Mobile for about 8 months. The price and service have been exceptional. When I had problems moving over a couple of devices at first, US Mobile was always available over chat or over the phone. Their website and their app are excellent and extremely easy to use. I came from Verizon and still use the Verizon network through US Mobile. The Verizon website and app have always been terrible in my opinion and I was with them for 23 years.

I just got done chatting with Unaiza Ahmad and wanted to say what an amazing employee this person is. Above and beyond the best help I've had so far even though all of my chats have been positive. My situation this time was quite complicated because I had my phone stolen, I couldn't access my email, had to switch devices and then also emsetup esin for the first time. It was a long process but they were knowledgeable and patient which kept me calm. I also didn't lose any of the service days I had already paid for and that made me extremely happy. I was surprised with being able to reactivate without charge and after having all of my belongings stolen from me, this was a much welcome gift. Thank you US Mobile and Unaiza Ahmad your my hero!

It was late in the evening, and I was experiencing issues connecting to my new eSIM. After reaching out through the US Mobile chat support, I had the opportunity to work with Shamail, who was incredibly helpful.
Shamail quickly assessed the situation, guided me through the necessary steps, and promptly provided a new eSIM activation code. The entire process was smooth and efficient, taking approximately 25 minutes from start to finish.

Good help switching plans before international travel
Good help switching plans before international travel, from old pool plan to Premium Unlimited 2 lines. Series of chat reps over 2 weeks answered every question, including review of screenshots I uploaded with details of issues. Best plans still much more affordable than primary carriers, and chat reps very responsive.
Porting from Verizon can be tricky, support is great.

I had an issue with my roaming in Madrid
I had an issue with my roaming in Madrid. Haroon Khalid (customer service) was very responsive and he got it working very quickly. I have 3 phones on their network and we love it. If you have any issues, their customer service is excellent. Also, our son has their service and I recently had a friend change over to their service.
Shoutout for Asim Makna
I have a shoutout for Asim Makna. I had sooo many questions one after another on my curiosity on switching both mobile and internet carrier. They were so helpful every step of the way answering all of my questions and great attitude as well! I got disconnected at one point and was able to be reconnected with the request by name and I’m so glad I did! I have yet to experience the product itself but if it is as good as the customer service, I am excited to see how it goes!

Hands down best customer service in telecom. They're always ready to assist no matter if it's an account issue (rare) or device issue (user error). The team at US Mobile is by far the best I've ever encountered. I want to particularly thank Hamza J. for his exceptional work merging two accounts in a very timely manor, (less than 15min) and all complete without a single error.

Although the phone had connectivity issues that were not resolved after HOURS, want to recognize Minahil Abbas for her excellent assistance. She has a great personality and was great at keeping the tone light while we waited for restarts and other tedious chores related to resolving the problem. This is customer service at its finest! My girlfriend and I called US Mobile Customer Service to port three telephone lines from other carriers. Since we are seniors, we felt more comfortable if a representative helped us select the right plans, explain the available promos walk us through the process rather than struggle bussing on the website or app. We were fortunate we got Obaid on the line. He was extremely patient and explained everything with exceptional clarity and professionalism. This young man deserves a promotion and would make an excellent Customer Service manager.
