I was very happy with the rapid response and the available information. The appraisal appeared in line with local sales of the same model in our neighborhood.

The option to load the report for a dollar is a great option for commercial property.

It was easy to find everything, except what I paid. I don't see a receipt anywhere.

In purchasing 2 acre parcels, we are trying to determine property values. They are asking $195,000 for 2 acres. Our question is "Is this a true property value.

It was a easy process and most of it was correct. There are a few things that need to be corrected. This home is listed with ONE bath when it in fact has 1.5 baths. That could be a deal breaker for some folks. The home ALSO has a BRAND NEW roof which is a MAJOR value to know about ($10,000) value. It also has a 4 person hottub on rear deck. And a full basement w Washer & Dryer. More value that needs to be incorporated. Also RECENTLY painted inside and out! I know all this because I own this property. I am looking to buy and wanted to see how accurate your service was. It could be better. But for a whole $1.00 its worth it. Please update my property THANK YOU!

I wasn't sure what the report would entail, if it would be easy to understand. I'm surprised and extremely happy with what I've printed out. I have just a couple of questions but in general the report is quite detailed.

The website was easy to navigate through. The majority of the info was helpful, however, I did find a couple of errors. Overall, it was quite useful.

I expected more information, such as tax map number, tax amounts, etc... deed infor... basically everything I would need to write a purchase offer.

I first I was hesitant. I have never been asked for money to get Public information but it was only one dollar so I bought it. I don't think the public should be asked to help fund something that should always be free. Taxes pay for some of that and taxes in the area I was looking for is very high! Other than that, I found using the site very easy and I certainly got the "free' information I was looking for. Now I hope that my credit card will not be used for more than 1 dollar and I hope to see that Amazon gift card you promise.

Please provide a sensible print option

The information is good, but there should be an option to print the information, with or without maps/photos/graphics/ads. That would help a great deal for those who need to watch their expenses.

Report provided very good information about the house I was looking for and neighbourhood. It helped me to find the right house for me when I moved from NJ!.
