The film 'Oceans', narrated by Sir David Attenborough.
I attended 'Oceans', at the Usher Hall, Edinburgh. It was shown on a big screen with a live orchestra and narrated by Sir David Attenborough. The hall staff were kind and helpful even although we were not as prompt as we'd have liked.
The volume and acoustics were superb, comfortable seats with a good view (stalls).
The film was outstanding, beautifully laid out with extraordinary creatures, like sea angels and sea butterflies. Jaw dropping is no exaggeration, but maybe to be expected from Attenborough. The story is a sad tale about some humans but, despite my fears, Attenborough managed to leave me with a bit of hope.
Not to be missed. Well wor0th the trek to Edinburgh on a dark wet night.
