Lowkey didn’t expect much but USFANS…

Lowkey didn’t expect much but USFANS actually ate. The quality is way better than I thought, nothing feels cheap, stitching is clean, and everything looked exactly like the pics. Shipping wasn’t sketchy either, it came pretty quick. Def gon be one of my new go‑to shops.

My experience with UsFans was very good

My experience with UsFans was excellent! The order arrived within the expected time (2 weeks), exactly as promised. The products have very good quality for the price — it definitely exceeded my expectations.

On top of that, the customer support is great — always attentive and quick to respond to any questions. I highly recommend it!

I ordered a haul of 3.600kg

I ordered a haul of 3.600kg, and the last update was on 23 March. It says it arrived at the delivery point and no updates were made to this day. On other tracking sites it says no tracking number found.

I also like that you can see your items before they are shipped, so you know exactly what to expect. Everything was well packaged and the quality met my expectations. I ordered 3 packages for USFans…

I ordered 3 packages for USFans beginning of the year and 2 months in are yet to receive them, they issued 2 tracking numbers for 5 sub packages and I requested redelivery and/or a refund for the missing items and delivery costs but they did not issue it. Also no number to call if issues with ordering or delivery and customer service is a little slow to reply. I cannot track subpackages only main tracking number so subpackages are missing with no way to track them.

The best agent and by FAARRR

I recently ordered through USFans and my experience was excellent. The product quality was very good and exactly as described. The packaging was secure and everything arrived in perfect condition. Shipping was also faster than I expected, and the tracking updates were clear throughout the process. Overall, the service felt professional and reliable. I have recently made an order from USFans for a 7KG package, and to tell you the truth, I’m extremely satisfied with the service they provided.

I made my order during the Chinese New Year holidays. So, I knew there would be a delay in the delivery. To my surprise, the delivery was much faster than what I thought. Everything was processed quickly, and the order arrived earlier than expected. This was a pleasant surprise.

As far as the customer support is concerned, it was a breeze. They responded to my queries in a very efficient manner. There was no hassle at all. Everything was very smooth.

As far as the quality is concerned, I have no complaints whatsoever. The products are well packed, exactly as they are described, and in excellent condition. This clearly indicates they are paying proper attention to everything.

I used a 30% discount coupon for shipping. This made a huge difference since it was a 7KG package. So, it was totally worth it.

Regarding the $80 shipping fee — international shipping costs depend on the parcel’s weight, volume, and destination country, not just the number of items. Even 3 pairs of pants can result in higher volumetric weight depending on packaging and carrier rates.

BAD customer service and agent

I KEPT TRYING to get a refund but they refused because the order has been in the warehouse for too long but i requested an refund from day 1 it has been put in the warehouse since THEY ASKED FOR $5000 DOLLARS WORTH OF SHIPPING for a 4kg this is ridiclous and i tried to ask for another shipping route but they refused.

Hello. Please note that if an item has been stored in the warehouse for too long, it can no longer be returned, as the return period has already expired.
According to the shipping fee estimation, the shipping cost for a 4 kg parcel to South Africa is approximately USD 127.95. If you have claimed the 30% discount coupon, you can enjoy an even lower price. It should not cost USD 5,000.

The shopping experience is very simple and straightforward. In terms of prices, it is cheaper than other retailers who charge $2-5 more for the same product. As for shipping, we have over $800 in shipping coupons and good shipping lines.

Bad customer service DONT ORDER!!

Refused to give me a refund after my package got stolen WITH INSURANCE!! I told them many times to give me a refund and i got insurance but all they said was “report it to the police” but knowing they won’t do anything i didn’t even bother wasting my time to file a report. and then they just told me they cannot resolve any issues further. i’m so PISSED NEVER ORDERING HERE AGAIN!!

They will take express shipping fee and fool you into thinking that the shipping take around 7-14 days but it actually takes around 30 days. once you pay and submit your parcel, if you anything they'll make excuses about the delay and you can’t do anything about it.
