Use The Sun Reviews

Really great installation!
Jack and John and the team arrived promptly, nice and early in the day, and absolutely smashed it! 23 panels between the front and back of the house, and a battery system all in one day was really impressive.
They were friendly, professional, and thorough throughout. They chatted with the kids in a friendly manner, spoke with me about the plan for routing the cables and did it all swiftly. Tidied up and left no mess at all and left me all the roof tiles they removed so now i have some spares!
Smashed it guys, it was a hard days graft but you had smiles on your faces throughout. Thank you again!

The installation all went ahead as planned and completed efficiently. The routing of wires is very discrete and the handover well explained. We are very pleased.

Jack and John were here to put up solar panels for us. We found them to be very friendly, helpful and hard workers. Really pleased with the work they did and would definitely recommend them

Ben and George carried out the installation work in a very professional way and kept us fully informed of what was happening. Explained everything on completion and they left the house clean and tidy.
Would recommend this Company without hesitation.

Excellent installation and set up as described in the preinstallation guide. The team was very effective and completed work with absolutely no issues. Thank you, Jack and John!

I had Jack and Matt complete an installation for us.

From end to end they both made sure the customer experience was a great one.

From the start and introducing themselves, explaining the process and double checking my own understanding aligned with their plan.

To regular updates through the day, and a thorough explanation at the end (with photos up on the roof).

I’m not an expert but they gave the impression of being very proud of the work they do and doing a meticulous job. They clearly wanted to make sure my wife and I were happy with how they laid the cable, how they left the place tidy, and understood the system.

These guys are great representatives of this company. I highly recommend them

A great experience with Henry, Bird and Jack, under difficult circumstances, the guys kept their cool and delivered. I would definitely recommend them and would be happy to use them again

The three guys arrived very promptly and got to work straight away. They were efficient and friendly and I had no worries leaving the house unlocked and popping out. They even replaced a couple of broken tiles with the ones they’d removed without being asked.

I’m confident they have done a good job but wouldn’t hesitate to help if there’s a problem.

Nice men, good job, would recommend.

Jack turned up on time, was welcoming, explained everything he needed to do and asked for confirmation before starting works. He worked tidily without major interruption (only relevant to works required).
Easy to communicate with and left the property clean and tidy.
Explained the next steps and tried answering questions effectively - if unknown he contacted a colleague for confirmation which was great in my opinion - he didn't pretend to know, which goes a long way!

This company did a site visit promptly and discussed options. Their quote was the best of three we obtained whilst using quality products. The panels were fitted very soon after our decision to go ahead. We aren't connected to the grid yet but that's because we didn't have a smart meter. We are happy to recommend Use the Sun

I had Lewis come round today as planned to fit my EV charger. The charger is great, and Lewis had installed it within the hour. Lewis left no mess and was very professional. Very reliable, would definitely recommend.

Excellent job Use the Sun, servicing our office air conditioning units.
Engineer did a very thorough job. Most impressed.
Thanks you all at Use the Sun

From the moment Ben & George arrived, they didn't stop all day until the work was completed at around 22.15. They were most effecient, clean and tidy, the proffesionalism was most evedent. I would most definately recommend.

Jack was great at coming to install our solar panels. Reliable, and got on with the job - making the whole experience hassle free. Would absolutely use this company again purely for the reliability of the electricians that came and did the install. Thanks Jack!

I've contracted Use the Sun for two jobs, AHP & recently solar/battery.
They've done a great job installing both.
The AHP was a couple of years ago and works fine. Last week was a solar/battery combo, which is working brilliantly. My electric grid usage has dropped dramatically.
The solar system was installed, and up and running in a day. No mess, no fuss, extremely polite engineers, and in the rain!!!
This was all done at an extremely competitive price. At the rate I'm saving money and with selling excess energy to my supplier, the unit will pay for itself in less four years.
This is a no brainer. All houses should get this done ASAP.

Absolutely outstanding service. I had the pleasure of Henry and Jack. Highly professional, very hard working, incredibly friendly. Top class install. These guys are top drawer. You're in very safe hands. It was a pleasure meeting them. Besides now having solar panels, you wouldn't know they'd been here. Thanks guys.

Jack & Matt fitted 15 panels, 2 batteries and an EV charger for me today.
They were friendly, tidy and did an excellent job.
I would definitely recommend this team of installers to everyone

Used the company to install and service for 5 years. Very good and efficient.

A very professional solar and battery installation was started on time at 8am and completed by around 3pm with all tests showing that the system was up and running and generating electricity. The team on site were excellent and we have received really good support from the team in the office right from the first introduction and the survey being undertaken.

I would definitely recommend Use The Sun to anyone looking to harness solar energy.

The 2 guys that came were great, they fitted a new inverter and battery. Explained everything and once finished cleared up leaving everything as it were. Definitely recommend 👌
