Great Product! not real pictures
I would like to give 5 stars, but I place 3 because:
Slow communication emails answered after 3 or more days.
The picture of the projector I buy, shows that the projector is in Excellent cosmetic condition, but when I received, It was not, it has scratches everwhere. Despite of that, the projector works as new and is an Excellent value for my money.
Please use pictures of the real stuff you are selling.
Other great thing about usedAV.comis fast shipping!

Dan in our accounts section mentioned that he offered to send you another projector from our stock with less scratches, as the excellent condition referred to the internal unit rather than the casing. Please let us know if you would like to take advantage of that offer, it still stands.

The gear I needed at a great price.
I bought a used mixer with a few flaws that has worked flawlessly at a price that I could live with. I will definitely ck with them the next time I look for gear.

The guys I talked to at the shop were very knowledgable about the projector I purchased and when we started talking we found that one of the guys had previously worked with a company we did a lot of business with.
The projector is in great condition and continues to run as expected.

The price was unbelievable and the product excellent quality
The product I purchased was delivered in a very timely manner. I purchased a full length stage piano that normally sells for about 1599.00 for an incredible 350.00 which included a bench where normally it is sold separate at most music stores. I thank AV for their good products and excellent bargains

Service was good.
My only gripe was the main output faders on the used mixer are scratchy; both during use and when static. Kinda makes it sketchy to use. So, I don't.
But, it was used….
