Rick Kenyon was very helpful and provided excellent service.

This is a huge waste of money! You are better off researching for grants yourself. Customer service immediately changed once I paid my money. I have received the run around so much! There is no to speak with as it takes forever to receive a response.

I do not recommend US Business Funding as it is an absolute waste of time to TRY and work with them. They do not communicate anything with you and will not respond to follow-ups. I would avoid them at all costs.

Nonstop spam emails, multiple a day. They do not comply with unsubscribe requests through the link they provide. Emailing to request removal is bounced back. I've reported all I could to their hosts, domain registrars, and anything else I could find applicable. Considering how strict CA anti-spam laws can be, it's only a matter of time if others follow suit. I highly recommend if you're reading this review and had similar experiences you do the same.

They use additional domains - for example I received spam from Pacific Capital Lending (pacificcapitallending.com, which uses fake Trustpilot reviews and ranking by the way). When you attempt to reply back you get a bounced email notice from 'pacific' at US Business Funding's domain.

Whether they actually provide business loans or not is one thing, but their advertising and spam practices are as scummy as can be.

First off Derek Abel was awesome!!! He was able to get my company funding when nobody would help. He was persistent in getting my company as much funding as possible. Very smooth process and Derek Abel was professional at every step of the process.

Joke of a company offered $48,000 loan with payback of roughly $67-69,000 over 7 months. Based on my calculations it is close to a 125% APR.

If your looking for funding US business funding is the right choice.. Rick Kenton did an outstanding job.. He was informative from start to finish..

They are a soliciting company. When I asked them to remove me from their list, they refused to do so.

A company who refused to remove a number from their call list and continues to solicite, how can they be a trustworthy business?

This company does not respond to people.
They charge you $395 to process to another lender knowing your company will not get approved because of industry your company is in.
They are not a good honest company, do not waste your time their word is no good including head, who had the nerve to tell me he would help. 3.4 mill earnings and 750 fico still no approval wow.

Jane was great with providing options quickly and making sure our loan funded on time. I am planning on using US bank again when we have capital needs.

Excellent customer service. We had our funding a few days after we started their process.

they issued a written commitment after i provided them with documentation and 7 days later they withdrew their offer and refused to put the reason for withdrawing their offer in writing.
I made commitments and refused other offers because of their offer.
this has caused me difficulties that could have been avoided. i would be very careful doing business with these guys.

I never contacted these folks, yet they got my email somewhere and have been spamming my email several times a day every day for months. Tired of it. Even "blocking" the sender still generates sending me notifications on my devices and computer. I have called and asked for my email to be removed several times, each time I am told it will be done (before then being promptly and rudely hung up upon) and then continue receiving spam. Disrespectful and inconsiderate.

Fast relatively easy loan application when we needed it - we appreciate there fast work and commitment to serving us- terms were a bit unusual , but do able
