U-Save operates a car hire desk serving Birmingham International Airport (BHX), located on the station concourse, ground floor, at Birmingham International train station in the West Midlands. From the terminal, follow signs to the Air-Rail Link monorail and take the free service to Birmingham International train station. Once there, take the second set of escalators down to the ground floor, where the rental desk is on the left-hand side. Desk opening hours (local time): Mon–Fri 07:00–20:00; Sat 08:00–13:00; Sun 08:00–20:00. Public holidays: 08:00–13:00.

Bring a credit card with you

Bring a credit card with you, otherwise you'll end up paying 59 GBP a day!
While the person in the counter was very polite (BHX airport), nothing he could do and I ended up not picking up the car. What a shame
