Today, I received a letter that appears to contain an implicit threat, stating that I may be held liable for all vehicle repair costs and related expenses, etc.

My question is the following: what is the source of my personal data, including my full name, home address, and detailed information about my vehicle, considering that I purchased this car only two weeks ago?

Please note that the unauthorized acquisition and use of personal information raises serious legal concerns. I strongly recommend that you clarify this matter promptly.

Spoke to Chris he was polite honest straightforward. He explained to me what deal I was getting. Very simple,

The telephone agent was very kind, took her time to clarify my doubts, gave me all the information about the coverage plan for my car.

I can't say yet if they're doing it right. or not, since until a couple of days ago I took the coverage, so I have to wait more than 30 days to take my car to the mechanical service

It was very interested and helpful. Everyone should get this plan. As soon as possible.

Only idiots buy a car warranty, like these FAKE 5 Star REVIEWS bragging about being scammed. Check out their BBB alerts including the Wisconsin Attorney General’s Office having litigation against them. Angela’s petulant refusal to address concerns shows she is a miserable person who obviously has no regard for ethics and is completely useless. Jeffrey Kass, the attorney for this alleged business, told me no more mail would be sent, however; they’re still sending mail to my family member who doesn’t even own a car. I recommend reporting this place to the BBB, FTC, and your state Attorney General’s office, especially if your situation involves an elderly family member. Also, if you’ve tried to cancel with no luck just go to your bank and file a dispute instead of wasting your time with these unprofessional scammers who need to get real jobs and stop exploiting people. And their email address, like them, is completely useless.
