Ordered NEXT DAY AIR and the shipping…

Ordered NEXT DAY AIR and the shipping label was created but never shipped. I paid over $20 in shipping to AVOID THIS EXACT SITUATION!!!

The Mint says, "Don't worry, we'll give you a refund in a couple months" on a coin that's sold out and already selling for double what I paid. I'm just sick of their complete lack of service and accountability. They couldn't care less about this kind of thing, because they're not a business, just another wasteful government entity.

Who cares if people are stealing from them? The government already is through inflation

This is so obviously a scam

This is so obviously a scam! USA Mint is advertising one-ounce American Eagle gold coins for $59 each. That’s ridiculous! The current price of one ounce of gold is nearly $2700! Don’t fall for this fraud!

I ordered almost $1500 worth of product…

I ordered almost $1500 worth of product (500 coin boxes) and received 5 total coin boxes. They agreed by their shipping label (with 12 ounces as the weight) that 500 could not have been in the box, but it has been 8 months and they will not refund me. They even asked me to return what i got (which i did) and they still say they are "reviewing" 5 months after they got the return.

Received a defective silver proof coin…

Received a defective silver proof coin and went through and did all the proper paperwork and talked to customer service before sending the return.
It's been close to a month now with no refund.
Called 4 times and talked to the customer service reps with no luck-their standard line is "we will escalate this for you" and then nothing happens-powerless customer service dept.-I would not order from here.

usamintcoins.com SCAM ALERT

Advertised 1oz silver proof coins in an ad that contained a picture of the US Mint and a quote from Warren Buffet about precious metals indicating exactly that is what the coins contained.
After receiving and determining the coins to be fake…painted ferris metal; refund requested and the initial response included THIS description of the coin:
“It’s important to clarify that these coins are crafted with silver-plated alloy, not made from precious metals like pure silver.”
Offered escalating refunds up to 70%, never offering 100% satisfaction refund advertised.
No refund to date.
Now receive this as a reply:
“We regret to inform you that we are currently unable to process a refund for you at this time. Our account is currently undergoing a review process, but please be assured that our dedicated technicians are working diligently to resolve this issue. As soon as our account is restored to normal operation, we will promptly issue the refund to you.”
ALSO…Reported to PayPal as fraudulent. They denied any reparations stating the transaction was processed properly.
NOTE: usamintcoins.com should not be confused with the U.S.Mint.

Fulfillment is TERRIBLE now

Real shame Google won't do reviews on a goverment e-commerce site. But anyway. BE AWARE. The US Mint will tell you they have something, allow you to order it, then backorder it for months without fulfilling your order. Multiple times over the same number of months for different products. The fulfillment company they now use is absolute garbage.

I have been billed

I have been billed. Still hoping to get my order prior to my Grandchildren's birthday. Probably won't happen. I think you should refund me.
I've been reading the reviews. I'm not very confident in your services from what I've read.

The U. S. Mint fails in order fulfillment.

The U. S. Mint refuses to provide replacement certificates of authenticity when their product is shipped without including the certificates of authenticity in the shipment. It's irresponsible for a merchant to do business like this, including the government.

Website does not seem to work AT ALL.

I tried to set up a text message reminder, of when a particular set becomes available, but it was impossible. No matter how I formatted the number, I got the “please enter a valid telephone number” message. I also tried the email version of the reminder, and got an email version of text message failure. Furthermore, neither the Mint’s CS link, nor the Chat function works, in fact, not a single method of making contact with the Mint works! The website is beautiful to look at, and the products are beautiful and desirable, and though I have not actually tried to place an order (I need CS!), its ONLY role seems to be to discourage customers from doing business with them. It is certainly frustrating to be interested, but to get so little cooperation from the Mint.

New Collector No US ARMY.

I got the new Mint Collectors guide and disappointed in it. There is no Armed Forces medals for the US Army. Air Force coast guard and marines only. I guess the US ARMY Is not good enough for the mint to have a medal made in honor of them.

First time ordering from the Mint

This was my first time ordering and things were going very smoothly at first. Put myself on waiting list for new Anna Mae Wong quarters, got notified fairly soon afterwards that i could order them, which i did (2 rolls), and i received them within a week. But on opening the pkg, I found that one roll was labeled as AMW, but actually contained George Washington quarters. So i kept the good roll, returned the 2nd one yesterday, but had to pay $8 in postage which is twice what the Mint charged me for 2 rolls. I hope i will receive the 2nd roll correctly. Not in a big hurry to receive them, but i do hope that i receive the correct ones this time.

Update: Duh! I didnt realize AMW is on the BACK of the GW qtrs till my sister pointed it out. But it would've been impossible to verify without breaking open the roll. Funny how only one roll correctly had AMW facing outward. Oh well, lesson learned...read the full ad! 🤓
